Client Referral - Ardelle Technical encourages its employees
to draw upon their personal and professional connections to help expand our client
base. Employees that refer a new client to Ardelle Technical are eligible to receive
a maximum bonus of $2000 per work order. Employee Referral - We
encourage our employees to refer qualified friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances
to our recruiters. For each hired referral the employee is eligible for up to
a maximum bonus of $500. Outstanding Performance Award - Ardelle
Technical employees are given periodic evaluations at which time they are eligible
for Outstanding Performance Awards, which may include tickets to a number of local
events including the Washington Capitols, Washington Wizards, and Kennedy Center
